25 Years Highlights
1999
Jean-Claude Bourdon establishes Dietswell as a Joint Venture with Dietsmann.
2002
Dietswell becomes an independent company, wholly owned by Jean-Claude Bourdon. The company positions itself as a Well Engineering and Drilling Operations Company.
2005
Dietswell acquires Sofindel, a Rig Engineering company.
2005
Dietswell signs a framework Technical Assistance contract with TOTAL to provide Well and Drilling expertise.
2006
Dietswell launches its rig inspection division under the Factorig brand. And has since audit over 2000 drilling units

Dietswell acquires two drilling rigs in Algeria in partnership with Dubai-based DMM
2007
Dietswell IPOs on ALTERNEXT (now EURONEXT Growth) and raises 15.6M€.
2007
Dietswell designs and builds an innovative fast moving hydraulic land rig – RCR 1200
2008
Dietswell drills two wells for WNPOC in South Sudan with its proprietary RCR 1200 Rig
2008
Dietswell signs a framework Technical Assistance contract with SHELL to provide Well and Drilling expertise.
2009
Dietswell opens a Branch office in Abu Dhabi, UAE
2011
Dietswell signs a framework contract with ADMA-OPCO and ZADCO for Jack Up Rig and Barge Audits
2013
Dietswell do Brasil opens in Rio de Janeiro.
2015
Dietswell signs a contract with ENAGAS to revamp a platform rig for an offshore workover campaign
