Confidentiality and personal data protection policy

Dolfines SA and its subsidiaries (8.2 France, Aegide International, etc.) undertake to respect and protect your personal information.

In the course of its internal operations and activities, Dolfines SA and its subsidiaries may collect or become aware of information that is considered personal within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Dolfines SA and its subsidiaries undertake to respect your personal information.

To this end, we apply the following principles:

  • No trading or arbitrary distribution of your personal data,
  • Dematerialisation in order to limit and control the circulation of paper documents,
  • Prior communication of this policy to all its employees,
  • Prior communication of this policy to the companies in which Dolfines SA and its subsidiaries operate. Through this policy, the company’s management is invited to check with its employees that they agree to the provision of personal data,
  • Signing of a confidentiality agreement between Dolfines SA and its subsidiaries and the consultants working for the company,
  • Application of rules for the storage of companies’ personal data in a secure space,
  • Prior communication of our data protection policy dedicated to our training actions when they request to register,
  • Storage of this data for a period not exceeding 3 years, after which it will be destroyed,
  • Taking into account your right to delete the data.

 

Dolfines SA and its subsidiaries undertake to protect your personal information and to prevent it from being damaged, deleted or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
To this end, we deploy and maintain the following resources:

  • Computer access secured by passwords and anti-virus software

What do we use your personal data for?

Within the framework of our internal operations, this data is used for personnel administration in the broadest sense, from the recruitment of an employee to the end of a contract, including payroll management, enrolment in supplementary health insurance and the organisation of business trips.
In the context of our training activities, your personal data is used for training administration, from the issuing of a quote to the issuing of a certificate, including your registration…
In the context of our other activities related to QHSE, we use your personal data to issue technical and commercial offers, to draw up service contracts and partnership agreements, to organise business trips and sometimes to provide proof of compliance with a requirement during an audit.
